There are two sides, but which is good and which is evil?

Side 1 (Hanin Cop and Sego Robert)
An egotistical, power-driven tyrant and a determined, commanding supercomputer. He has no conscience and he has no soul- together a force that demands total control. A match made for supremacy…

Side 2 (Randy White and Ace Nash)
An obsessive, two faced super star and a devious, revengeful fugitive. She has a vision and he has hatred- together a force that strives for new rule. A match made for destruction.

Both sides are corrupt. Both sides will stop at nothing to gain domination.

The tyrant is finally assassinated, but the situation is only made worse. The dictator’s legacy and dreams of world conquest are passed down to a machine. Before he dies, he leaves all power in the hands of the robot who becomes the most powerful being over the world. This has the radicals in constant hiding and waiting as the robot continues to seek them out and claim full rule over them all.

Into the Future (ITF) is an original story with action, romance, mystery, and a forever looming and underlining uncertainty about life and reason itself. The battle between an egotistical tyrant and the leaders of revengeful radicals is only the surface. It carries to the core of existence as the characters journey through nearly six generations of confusion and rediscovering themselves on a deeper level of spiritual realization. There is no clear cut evil or good. Each side believes they are the just ones. The REAL fight is not a worldly war, but an unspoken war in each of their hearts. Even the unfeeling robot goes through a process of learning and awareness. They all have faults and their own tragedies. Through the intertwined tales of each character, in the end it all links back as they each find a hint and shimmer of truth. Whether it be justice, self awareness, or a “higher power”, they are all faced with a cold world of hate, pain, and that permanent feeling of yearning. There are no happy endings, but only the hopes for better days and generations ahead as they go farther Into the Future…


All characters are entirely original and belong to the artist. No fan based characters what so ever. All characters are at least a decade old and some are nearly 15 years old! Throughout a life of growing and shaping, these OCs have evolved and matured into well-rounded individuals. In the complete story, there is over 50 important characters, five important nations, and 3 distinctive races.

One of the most original and impacting ideas in the design is the race called the Reevains. The Reevains have “alien” facial features consisting of long whiskers and sharp over sized brows both called Frim. The brows are used for capturing solar energy like a plant for their powers. The whiskers are used as weapons and for injecting prey with an acid called Lahk that has been used in the story to mutate many of the creatures into the mutant/evolved forms they are. In this way, the evil tyrant hates the Reevains for mutating him into a bird-like creature. These “halfers” are considered impure and shameful. So, the tyrant sought out to destroy the whole Reevain race. He would have been killed by his illness if it weren’t for the robot who used the Reevains as captured experiments to research the Lahk and their mutating abilities. In turn, this leads to the robot playing God as he learns to use the Reevains’s Lahk to for DNA mutations and construction to control life itself. At the same time, the Reevains are nearly destroyed by a deathly disease called UUM that attacks the Lahk system and mutates the Reev’s body/ DNA destroying it from the inside out. The Reevain’s true ruler is dying and the knowledge of this enemy super computer may have the only key to a cure. There are still radicals and Reevain Rule followers who fight for the race’s rightful place in the world.

After the tyrant dies, the real story begins as the generations following branch off into many other tales. I plan to continue to share more of the plots in comic form.

Created with Photoshop and completely drawn free hand. Believe it or not- ONE layer per character! The technique is painterly, so instead of many layers, the colors were blended directly. Consideration of warm vs blue color schemes, poses of individual characters, and character scaling were all used to divide the canvas into sections, form lines of sight, show energy, and create an overall balanced composition. The large size allowed fine, clean details down to the hair strands and each highlight. Please full view or download to give the picture full justice!
