QUICK reference...... this is a Reevain (male)
More specifically, this is Hanin Sichi. Don't tell me it looks like a dragon or some anthro lizard. It's a monster beast thingy. And thoes are NOT scales or hair. That is body Frim (the same stuff as the crazy facial stuff)

The Reevain form has gone under several evolutions through the years. I don't dare say how their first design looked... @_@ But it's pretty much the same overall.

And good point... not all Reevains have this much fancy frim stuff.
Like wittle babies don't have any at all.
And he is quite older, so it's only normal he'd have more than most. ^^
